Ultrum Ultimate

Product Details

Ultrum Ultimate is manufactured by Kyron Laboratories as a topical spray for application directly to a dog’s skin and coat. It is supplied in ergonomically shaped pump-spray bottles that help distribute the measured solution.

The correct quantity depends on the dog’s current body weight. Weigh the dog accurately and follow the label calculation rather than estimating by breed or appearance. Coat length and density can affect how easily the spray reaches the skin, so it must be applied against the direction of hair growth and close to the skin.

The 125ml and 225ml bottles contain the same verified formulation. Choose the size according to the dog’s weight and the quantity required under the label directions.

Active Ingredients

Ultrum Ultimate combines adult flea insecticides, a synergist and an insect growth regulator in a quick-drying base.

Permethrin and es-bioallethrin contribute to flea and tick activity, while pyriproxyfen targets immature flea stages as an insect growth regulator. Piperonyl butoxide supports the activity of the insecticidal combination.

This is a dog-specific topical pesticide. Use it only for dogs that meet the stated age requirement, retain it in the original bottle and do not combine it with another parasite-control product unless a veterinarian confirms compatibility.

Directions and Warnings

A dog may be bathed before treatment if required. Dry the dog thoroughly and then apply the product. The manufacturer states that no additional waiting period is required after bathing once the coat is dry.
