  • “You” or “your” means any visitor or user of our Platform.
  • “Terms” includes these Terms & Conditions and any policies or notices posted on the Platform.

Platform Use

You are granted a limited license to use our Platform for lawful personal purposes. You may not:

  • Use bots, scrapers, or crawlers without written permission.
  • Deep-link, mirror, or frame our content without consent.
  • Reuse, republish, or copy Platform content without our approval.

Age & Legal Capacity

By using our services, you confirm that you are 18 or older, or have parental/legal guardian consent.

Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and up to date. We are not responsible for any issues caused by incorrect or outdated information.

Intellectual Property

  • All content and materials are owned by or licensed to Biksie.
  • You may not use our brand assets or trademarks without written permission.
  • Reverse engineering, copying, or republishing our website/app design is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Use of our Platform is at your own risk. We do not warrant:

  • Availability or uptime
  • Accuracy or completeness
  • Security from unauthorised access
  • Freedom from bugs or disruptions

Maximum liability is R100 for any and all claims. We are not responsible for indirect losses such as data loss, lost profits, or downtime.

Orders & Auto-Delivery

  • Orders repeat on your selected schedule.
  • Your card or debit order may be charged automatically before dispatch.
  • If your debit order fails, it will retry the following month.
  • Unpaid orders after 10 days may be cancelled and discounts may expire.
  • Debit orders must be cancelled at least two weeks before the next debit date.
