For acute or recent conditions, give the recommended dose every thirty minutes for six doses, then hourly for four doses, followed by three times daily. For chronic concerns, give three times daily.

Dilute the measured medicine in clean water, let it stand briefly, then give it by mouth with a clean plastic spoon or syringe.
