Coachi Target Stick

Product Highlights

The adjustable length lets the handler change the working distance, while the visible soft foam ball gives the dog a clear target to follow or touch. The accessory is designed to make the handler’s signal, target or access to rewards more predictable during training.

Length: 15 cm retracted and 70 cm extended. Target ball: 30 mm. Introduce the accessory in a quiet place before using it around greater distance, movement or distraction.

How to Use

Teach your dog to touch or follow the soft foam target. Move the target gradually to guide the dog into the required position. Follow the correct response promptly with an appropriate reward.

Adjust the telescopic length to suit the exercise and working distance. Keep the cue and reward process consistent, especially when more than one person trains or walks the dog.

Retract the stick to 15 cm for carrying in a pocket or treat bag. Practise in short sessions and increase difficulty only when the dog responds reliably.

Use the accessory calmly and never to frighten or overwhelm a dog. Return to an easier exercise if attention or confidence drops.

Design & Care

The design combines a telescopic shaft, a 30 mm soft foam target ball and a soft padded handle. Check any moving parts, straps, lanyards, handles, clips or closures before use.

• Use only for the intended training purpose.
