Coachi Training Line

Coachi Dog Training Line

Coachi Dog Training Line gives dogs greater outdoor freedom while the handler maintains a physical connection during recall training and controlled socialisation. It is available in 5m and 10m lengths.

The line is particularly useful for puppies, newly acquired dogs and nervous dogs that are not ready for off-lead freedom. It allows distance practice without permitting repeated running off or uncontrolled chasing.

• Designed for outdoor recall training
• Supports controlled socialisation
• Suitable for puppies and nervous dogs
• Soft three-strand padded webbing
• Comfortable to hold and manage
• Available in 5m and 10m
• Navy and coral two-tone design

The 5m line is suited to smaller dogs and puppies, while the 10m option provides more distance for larger dogs and puppies. Select the length the handler can manage safely in the available space.

Coachi designs the training line without an end handle. A loop can snag when the line trails across the ground, so the smooth end is intended to pass more freely through open terrain.

Attach the line to a correctly fitted harness rather than using it to create sudden pressure on the dog’s neck. Do not allow the dog to accelerate to full speed and then hit the end of the line.

Begin in a quiet, open location. Hold or gather the line carefully, reward attention and recall, and gradually increase distance and distraction only when the dog remains responsive.

Keep the line away from roads, cyclists, children, livestock and other dogs. Long lines can wrap around legs or objects and should never be used carelessly in crowded areas.

Wear suitable footwear and gloves where necessary. Do not wrap the line around a hand, wrist or body because a sudden pull may cause injury.

The training line is primarily for recall and controlled socialisation rather than ordinary daily pavement walks. Use a standard lead for routine close walking.

Wipe the webbing with a damp cloth after use, avoid harsh chemicals and allow it to dry fully. Inspect the clip, stitching and webbing before every session.
