Seresto Flea and Tick Collar for Dogs provides sustained flea and tick protection through a polymer collar containing imidacloprid and flumethrin. Choose the Small Dog collar for dogs weighing up to 8kg or the Large Dog collar for dogs weighing more than 8kg.

The collar gradually releases its active ingredients across the dog’s skin and coat. It kills fleas and repels and kills ticks, providing protection for approximately seven to eight months from a single correctly fitted collar.

The Small Dog collar contains 1.25g imidacloprid and 0.56g flumethrin. The Large Dog collar contains 4.5g imidacloprid and 2.03g flumethrin.

The collar’s ratchet-release design allows it to widen if the dog becomes trapped. Correct fit and regular inspection remain important, particularly for growing puppies.

Select the collar by body weight rather than neck size alone. Dogs close to the 8kg threshold should be weighed accurately.

The collar must remain in contact with the coat and skin without being tight. Thick coats may need to be parted during fitting so the band sits correctly.
