BrightEye is a liquid solution rather than a pump spray. Apply it to cotton wool before cleaning the stained area.

Long hair around the eyes should be kept neat and free from knots so the solution reaches the stained strands without tugging. Groom carefully and do not trim close to the eye without suitable experience.
