Odour Control Without Simply Covering the Smell

Pheroma works by neutralising unpleasant odours rather than relying only on a strong perfume to hide them. This suits litter trays, cages and bedding where odours can return without a regular cleaning routine.

The powder can be used on both fresh and existing litter. It may also be sprinkled lightly in pet bedding or sleeping areas, inside hamster cages, in vacuum-cleaner bags and in household dustbins. This gives the powder several practical household uses.

The powder does not replace waste removal. Remove soiled litter and bedding, clean reusable trays or cage components, allow them to dry and then apply Pheroma as the odour-control step.

Materials, Ingredients & Safety

Use Pheroma only as an environmental hygiene powder and follow the current container directions.

Keep the tub closed between applications and store it in a cool place below 25°C, away from direct sunlight.

Avoid creating a cloud of powder and keep it away from the eyes, nose, mouth, food, drinking water and feeding equipment. Do not apply directly to an animal. Stop use and seek veterinary guidance if a pet develops irritation or another unexpected reaction.

Directions for Use

Sprinkle the powder lightly on the surface where odour control is needed.

  1. Remove heavily soiled litter, bedding or waste first.
  2. Add fresh litter or prepare the cleaned area where required.
  3. Sprinkle a light, even layer of Pheroma over the surface.
  4. Use inside cages, bedding areas, vacuum-cleaner bags or dustbins only as directed.
  5. Reapply when necessary as part of the normal scheduled cleaning routine for pet areas.
  6. Close the tub securely after use.

Do not mix the powder into food or water. Wash hands after application and keep the product out of reach of children and unattended pets.
