Pro-Soothe Shampoo is a rich, non-irritating and pH-neutral wash formulated for pets with dry, itchy or irritated skin. It combines soothing ingredients with moisturisers and conditioning agents to support skin comfort while cleansing the coat.

Problem-Skin Care During Bathing

Unlike an ordinary cosmetic shampoo, Pro-Soothe is intended for pets that scratch excessively or show signs of dry, uncomfortable skin. Witch hazel, glycerin, colloidal oatmeal, ichthammol and triclosan form the verified formula, each contributing to the shampoo’s moisturising or skin-soothing purpose.

Glycerin draws moisture towards the outer skin layer, while colloidal oatmeal coats and softens dry areas. Witch hazel has astringent and soothing properties, and ichthammol forms part of the formula for red, itchy skin. The product is formulated to protect the skin’s natural acid mantle.

The shampoo must remain on the coat for five to ten minutes before rinsing. This contact period is part of the manufacturer’s directions and should not be shortened or extended without veterinary guidance. Keep the pet warm and supervised throughout the waiting period.
